Home visits

If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.

If you need a home visit please contact the surgery before 10.30am and give one of our receptionists details to enable the doctor to judge whether a home visit is appropriate and the urgency of your needs. Home visits will be directed to your own GP where possible.

It is clinically better for you to be seen at the surgery where we have better facilities, diagnostic aids and lighting to assess you.

Out of Hours

If you have an urgent health problem which cannot wait until the surgery is open contact 020 8969 0808 or please call 111.
